What the byline represents
The DealCheckpoint Editorial Desk is a transparent team-style byline for work reviewed under one publication process. It is not a fictional person and does not imply a newsroom larger than the operation behind the site. Murat Zeytin operates DealCheckpoint from Türkiye and is responsible for the publication standard. The shared byline is used because research, data assembly, editing and later updates can be separate steps even when the publication has one accountable operator.
Coverage and reader promise
The desk covers PC game deals, free-to-keep giveaways, free-to-play catalogs, subscriptions, release timing, platform comparisons and selected console offers. Every indexable editorial page is expected to add a useful answer that is not available from a price tile alone: who the offer fits, what it includes, what can change, which region or platform was checked and whether the reader should claim, buy, wait, watch or skip. Search traffic is not a reason to publish a page that cannot meet that standard.
Primary-source research
Work starts with the closest available authority: an official store page for price and edition details, a publisher or developer post for announcements, and a platform support document for account, compatibility or subscription rules. How research is performed
