What to include
Page URL, what looks wrong, and a primary source link whenever you are reporting a factual error. We update source-checked pages when the claim is wrong.
Response time
We aim to reply to correction and privacy emails within a few business days. Live store prices change at the retailer and are refreshed from feeds rather than edited by hand.
